Purchases for Candace’s time and services are not for a guarantee of a satisfactory appointment or service. Be aware that the appropriate time to cancel or discontinue your appointment has elapsed after 24 hours from the date of the appointment CST.

All clients must agree to accept the stated terms by entering into a legally binding agreement when purchasing their appointment .

Appointment cancellations less than the 24 hour window before the scheduled starting appointment time are subject to credit of the full cost of the appointment if rescheduling is needed.

Not being available for a scheduled appointment forfeits the appointment. NO REFUND WILL BE GRANTED. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. Rescheduling of an appointment is permissible 24 hours BEFORE the scheduled appointment, otherwise, NO REFUND WILL BE GRANTED, NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
